Inhabitants: The realm's inhabitants are the Sovereign Host, the elements of the world given consciousness and form. A Progenitor does not raise an army but awakens it: mountains become stone guardians, rivers rise as water-weavers, and the wind forms legions of sky-knights. It is a society with no distinction between citizen and state, or person and planet.
